This test is based on a very interesting personality test called Myers-Briggs. Check it out on Wikipedia for much more info.
I’m ESTP, by the way, and have been for twenty years. However, my original test produced a graph which showed that whilst this was my preference, I was happy in all styles other than strong introversion.
That explained a lot at the time.
