It’s a great tool but it is too easy to abuse. Here for example is a graph that largely contradicts yours for no obvious reason. I fear people will use nGram to confirm and justify their preconceptions. The presenter’s remark about Reagan being a prime example.

I tried one on lowercase liberty against security.

Liberty starts high and goew low against security that starts low and goes high.
