Iain Dale's Diary: Douglas Hogg to Stand Down.
I was just smiling at Old Holborn's optimism in using this still from V for Vendetta to illustrate his post about the Speaker's departure, when I happened on the news from Iain Dale that Douglas "the Moat" Hogg is going to stand down. Maybe Old Holborn is not such an optimist? Let's hope so.
