THE LAST DITCH

Link: Luke’s Blog: An idea.

CretinMany bloggers are keen to improve their traffic. Few would consider public resignation from the human race as a stratagem to achieve it. Luke Akehurst appears to be one of those few. How else to explain his amazing "idea?"

The idea is perfectly emblematic of the current state of the New Labour project. While still Campbellian in its amorality, it lacks political judgement. I am linking to him not so much for you to read his disgusting "idea," as to revel in the ferocity of the comments – from Left, Right and Centre – and in the lameness of his comments in reply.

Like New Labour itself, Luke has lost touch both with reality and with his humanity.

    I’m 100% behind DD’s principled stand but….
Were I to be equally as sure that 42days was essential for the good of the Nation, and some people are, then I’d think that the Akehurst boy’s idea was pretty smart.
It seems to me that if his scheme is driven by party politics then it’s a disgrace. On the other hand if it is driven by a passionately held opinion that happens to be the opposite of DD’s then it’s perfectly in order.
By the way, has anybody else noticed that Lukey bears a very striking resemblance to Dave Spart. Are they perhaps related? I think we should be told.

When everything is about taking from the rich and giving to the poor (and a sizeable slice for themselves), no one is concerned about character. These intellectual inverted Whites who climbed the tree of intrigue are just fodder for the real tyrants that control the illusion of freedom.

He truly believes the ‘tomorrow belongs to him’ and his kind.
His views are an object lesson what happens when you have an intolerant ideology linked to an obsessive mind.

Tom is a retired international lawyer. He was a partner in a City of London law firm and spent almost twenty years abroad serving clients from all over the world.

Returning to London on retirement in 2011, he was dismayed to discover how much liberty had been lost in the UK while he was away.

He’s a classical liberal (libertarian, if you must) who, like his illustrious namesake, considers that

“…government even in its best state is but a necessary evil; in its worst state an intolerable one.”
